I liked it overall, but I did notice the price felt a little high. I tend to compare patterns across similar products, and this one seemed to land on the more expensive side compared to what I’ve seen before

Return got accepted. No problem there. But the refund? Took forever. I kept checking. Still nothing. Frustrating, honestly

The chocolate was fine, nothing bad to say about the taste, but I kept noticing the packaging more than anything. The box looked really nice in the photos, so I was expecting it to feel a little more polished when it arrived. Mine had slightly crushed corners, and inside the pieces were shifted around instead of sitting in those neat little rows you’d want for a gift. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for the price, those little details made it feel less special. I probably wouldn’t hand it to someone as a present the way it arrived. Hopefully they add better protective packaging for shipping.

I ended up not ordering after doing a little digging. The brand seemed a bit on the pricey side, and I came across enough mixed reviews that it made me hesitate. That said, the chocolate might be really good, so I don’t want to be too harsh, I just wasn’t convinced enough to give it a try yet.

I got these as a gift because they looked really cute, they did taste good. But once I saw the size, I kind of regretted spending that much on them. They’re nice, just a little pricey for what you actually get.

I ordered from Elbow Chocolates the chocolate itself was nice. No real complaints about the flavor at all. But something feels off when it comes to the portion size. For the price, I expected the pieces to be a little bigger or for the box to feel more full. It still works as a small gift, but I don’t think I’d order it regularly unless the sizes were better.

I got the mixed box and had a good time trying everything. There were a lot of different flavors, some classic and a few that were unusual but still fun to sample. A couple weren’t really my thing, and I kind of regret not paying closer attention to what was included, but that’s probably expected with a variety box. I’d give it 5 stars if the descriptions matched the flavors a little better, but overall I still really enjoyed it

The shipping was super fast. It showed up way sooner than I expected, and I feel like it’s only fair to give credit when a company actually gets things right.

Maybe it’s just me, but I only really checked out the site for the overall look and layout, and it didn’t totally click for me. The photos are nice, but the pages felt a little crowded and harder to scan than I expected. Some sections look polished, while others feel a bit dated, so the whole thing didn’t feel super consistent. I also found myself clicking around more than I thought I’d need to. It’s not bad by any means, just not the smoothest visual experience for me.

I was disappointed. The chocolates looked a lot nicer online than they did when they showed up, and for the price I was expecting something more impressive. The taste was just okay too, nothing that really stood out. I was already feeling mentally drained that day, so opening this and feeling let down just made it more frustrating. I wouldn’t order them again

This melted really nicely. Super smooth, no weird gritty texture at all. Just what I was hoping for.

I tried these the flavors were weird to me. None of them really tasted good, and I just couldn’t get into them.

The staff were nice and answered my questions, which I appreciated. The replies did take a little longer than I was expecting, though. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, but it maybe could’ve been a bit more organized

I really liked how many customization choices they had, especially for gifts. It took me a little while to decide since there were many options, but the ordering process was easy overall. The chocolates looked nice when they arrived too. The only thing I’d say is I wish some of the options had clearer pictures.

I really like their chocolates and the site was easy to use, but a few of the things I wanted were sold out when I ordered. I reached out and support basically said something like, “we’re restocking as soon as we can,” which was nice enough, but I still wish availability was a little more consistent. Overall I’d order again, just hoping my favorites are actually in stock next time.
